Privacy Policy

Vibestave is a ChatGPT app for creating playable music arrangements. This policy explains the data handled by the public app and MCP server.

Data we process

When you use Vibestave, ChatGPT may send arrangement details such as title, tempo, key, sections, tracks, clips, effects, and selected sound IDs to the MCP server so the player can render the result. The app does not ask for payment details, government identifiers, health information, passwords, API keys, or precise location.

How we use data

We use submitted arrangement data to return sound metadata, render the player widget, troubleshoot errors, and maintain the reliability of the service.

Storage and retention

The current app does not create user accounts or intentionally store arrangement history on the server. The player may save playback position locally in your browser so playback can resume. Hosting logs may temporarily contain technical request information and are retained only as needed for security, debugging, and operations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, and security providers that help run the app. SoundFont files may be loaded from the domains allowed in the app content security policy.

User controls

You can clear local browser storage to remove saved playback state. For privacy questions or deletion requests related to server logs, contact support.
